At the College of Computer Studies (CCS), we’re all about making sure that your learning experience is fair and stress-free. To help with that, we’re reminding everyone about the No Collection Policy that ICCT Colleges Foundation Inc. has in place. Yep, you heard it right—no unexpected fees!
Here’s the Deal with the No Collection Policy at CCS
We’re keeping things simple and student-friendly with this policy. Here’s what you need to know:
- No mandatory fees will be collected during the school year unless it’s officially approved by the school administration.
- If there are any fun events or activities, contributing to them is totally voluntary—you don’t have to pay unless you want to.
- You won’t be asked to pay for any academic requirements like projects, assignments, or exams.
The Only Way to Pay (If You Have To)
If there’s ever a situation where a fee is required, the ONLY place you should be paying is through the official CCS website: ccssparrows.com. The rule here is simple—if there’s no official announcement posted on ccssparrows.com, then there’s no collection happening. So, don’t hand over any money unless it’s confirmed!
A Quick Reminder from Mr. Jerico Vilog
Mr. Jerico Vilog, our officer-in-charge and head of CCS, wants to make sure you know that if you ever come across any sketchy fee collections, you should report it ASAP. You can talk to Mr. Vilog directly or head over to the Academic Affairs Office if you have any questions or need clarification.
Help Us Keep Things Fair
We’re all in this together, so if you spot anything that seems off, let us know! We’re here to make sure everyone enjoys a smooth, fee-free learning experience at CCS. Keep an eye on ccssparrows.com for any updates, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
Thanks for helping us keep CCS awesome and accessible for all!
